With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Gwen Cartwright

With heavy hearts but immense love, the Cartwright family announces the passing of our beloved Mum, Nan, and Great Nan, Gwen Cartwright.

Mum passed away peacefully on March 18th, just days after celebrating her 92nd birthday. While we are devastated by her loss, we take comfort in knowing she lived a long, full, and beautiful life, filled with kindness, laughter, and the love of her family who cherished her.

A celebration of Mum’s life will be held at St. Luke’s Church, Formby, on Wednesday, April 9th, at 11:00 am, followed by a gathering at Formby Cricket Hockey & Squash Club.

We warmly invite all of Mum’s friends to join us in remembering and honouring this remarkable woman who brought so much love and warmth into our lives.
