In Loving Memory of Catherine Pauline Walsh (1929 - 2024)

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Pauline Walsh, a cherished member of the Formby community. Catherine, originally from Ireland, became a beloved resident of Formby in 1961 and spent many years serving the community at the Little Altcar post office. She was also a devoted parishioner of Our Lady of Compassion.

Catherine passed away at the age of 95, leaving behind many who will miss her warmth, kindness, and dedication.

Her funeral will be held at Our Lady of Compassion, Formby, on Tuesday, November 19th at 10:00 am. Family, friends, and community members are warmly invited to attend and celebrate Catherine’s life.

Our deepest condolences go out to all who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
