Tea and Time Out starts Tuesday 18th October from 1pm to 2:30pm in Formby and then every Tuesday until Christmas.

Tea and Time Out is a great opportunity to meet people in a relaxed setting and to take some time to switch off from everyday life. Each week we will have tea or coffee together and then explore being still through a number of creative ways including engaging with nature, exploring being thankful, journalling, practising silence, all as a way of taking some time out.

FREE joint event with the Abbeyfield Neighbourhood Project, Simple Reflective Spaces and Churches Together in Formby, Altcar and Hightown.
