Ravenmeols Community Centre- Up and Running Again

Ravenmeols Community Centre has re-opened it’s doors to welcome back local community groups.

The Centre is situated on Park Road, #Formby, and was established in 1985 as a charitable trust to support local community and voluntary groups by offering room hire at affordable rates.

The building is leased from Sefton MBC and managed by a committee of volunteers and representatives of the user groups. Current users include Formby Chess Club, the Artist’s Workshop, Formby Civic Society, the Circle of Friends and Formby Bridge Club as well as a number of U3A interest groups.

The community room can accommodate up to 30 people and is available from 9.00am to 10.30pm seven days per week. There is a kitchen, disabled facilities and ample off road parking at the rear of the building.
