Presentation of Formby shop fronts

Dear Formby Bubble:

As hopefully, new businesses will open in the empty units in our village, will there be some control over the appearance of new shop fronts? To maintain our village atmosphere, cafe culture & goods displayed outside are positive things, as are new businesses. However, perhaps new businesses should have the presentation of their shop fronts submitted & passed as appropriate for our village.
