New Indian Restaurant opening soon in Formby - Ajab Gajab Cafe - Something different and Amazing

A new Indian Restaurant is opening soon in Formby called Ajab Gajab Cafe, which means Something different & Amazing!

Tatha and Prasanta both having over 20 years experience as full time chefs. Both started their journey in India and worked in different five star hotels and restaurants.

From there, Prasanta went to work on a Carnival Cruise and continued to work for over three years before migrating to the UK. Prasanta then worked as a head chef with PHO Cafe in Manchester for over two years before moving to follow his dream of having his own restaurant.

Tatha migrated to the UK in the year 2011 from India, working in many cuisines in his career and for the last two years, Tatha worked with Wagamama as a head chef.

Tatha and Prasanta both come from Kolkata, which is the East part of India, where street food is a daily meal for office workers and is very famous.

They thought of having their own Street Food Cafe called Ajab Gajab Cafe, which means Something different & Amazing!
