Formby residents are asked to nominate their local heroes for the annual 'Pride of Formby Awards’

Formby residents are once again called upon to nominate their local heroes for the annual 'Pride of Formby Awards.'

These awards aim to recognise and honour the outstanding contributions of individuals who make a difference in the community.

From the compassionate neighbour who always lends a helping hand to the dedicated volunteer who tirelessly works to improve the town, the 'Pride of Formby Awards' celebrate those who go above and beyond to make Formby a special place to live.

With nine categories to choose from, there's ample opportunity to nominate someone deserving of recognition. Whether it's a friend, neighbour, or community leader, now is the time to shine a spotlight on those who make a positive impact.

The closing date for nominations is Friday 26th April and the nominees will be informed in May 2024

To submit a nomination, residents are encouraged to complete the form available on the Pride Of Formby Page at HERE

Alternatively, nomination forms can be printed or picked up from the Formby Parish Council or found in the newsletter.
