Formby primary school joins All Saints Multi Academy Trust
All Saints Multi Academy Trust has welcomed Trinity St Peter’s Church of England Primary School into its family of academies.
The Formby-based school officially joined the multi academy trust (MAT) on 1 February.
Trinity St Peter’s, located on Paradise Lane, #Formby is an ‘outstanding’ one-form entry primary school with a school nursery and its own wrap-around care provision known as the Clubhouse.
Guided by its vision that ‘every child is a star’, the school is committed to equipping pupils with the skills and values they need to ‘shine’ in the real world. Its values ‘Serve’, ‘Hope’, ‘Imagine’, ‘Nurture’, and ‘Enjoy’ are embedded in all aspects of school life, ensuring that every child is supported to reach their full potential.
The school’s mission statement, ‘Guided by our faith in everything that we do’, reflects the deeply embedded Christian values that are central to life at Trinity St Peter’s, and aligns perfectly with the ethos of All Saints Multi Academy Trust.
The Trust is sponsored by both the Diocese and Archdiocese of Liverpool and is inspired by the ecumenical vision of Bishop David Sheppard and Archbishop Derek Worlock of how communities are ‘stronger and better together’.
All Saints Multi Academy Trust is made up of five primary schools, four secondary schools, and two sixth form colleges across Liverpool and St Helens.
Headteacher of Trinity St Peter’s Church of England Primary School, Mrs Deborah Pringle, said: “We are excited to have joined this inspirational multi academy trust and look forward to working together to further develop our outstanding school.”
Miss Heather Duggan, CEO of All Saints Multi Academy Trust, added: "Trinity St Peter’s is a fantastic addition to our growing family of academies. We are looking forward to becoming part of the school community, and together, we will continue to nurture and inspire every child, ensuring they reach their full potential.”
