Do you love nature and history? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional visitor experiences?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic people person to lead our team of welcome staff and volunteers within the Formby and Central Lancashire Portfolio.

You’ll spread your time across three special National Trust places including: Formby’s coastal nature haven, the Elizabethan gem National Trust Gawthorpe Hall and NT Rufford Old Hall with its timeless Tudor charm.

As our Welcome Manager, you'll inspire and motivate your team, using your creativity and communication skills to make a lasting impact. Together you’ll help ensure everyone has an enjoyable visit.

⭐️Full UK driving licence required

⭐️37.5 hrs per week to 30 September 2026
