Police have discovered a Man’s Body Found on Formby Beach – Police Investigation Underway

A large emergency services presence was reported at Formby Beach this morning following the discovery of a man’s body.
Merseyside Police have now confirmed: “Officers investigating the disappearance of 23-year-old Theeraphat Khongthale can confirm that a body of a man was found just before 8.30am this morning, Sunday, 16 February.”
Theeraphat was last seen on Formby Beach at around 3.30pm on Monday, 3 February. At this stage, police are treating the death as unexplained, and a post-mortem examination will be carried out to determine the cause. The body has yet to be formally identified.
Emergency services, including multiple police vehicles, an ambulance, and RNLI quad bikes, responded to the scene, gathering in the car park on Lifeboat Road, near the Albert Road end of the beach.
