Dog attack at Formby beach

Dear Formby Bubble:

Long shot, but my little dog was attacked on Formby Beach by another dog (white, short haired). My daughter was with my dog and initially we didn’t think any harm was done. Today my dog has had surgery for a large abscess. I’m not looking for compensation just to let the owner know so they can muzzle their dog when out, so this doesn’t happen to another dog.
