A minutes silence for Dr Youell when funeral procession stops at Chapel Lane surgery at 9:45 on Tues

Dr A Youell passed away at home after a short illness on 28th September surrounded by his loving wife Hazel and son Benjamin.

Dr Youell’s funeral will be held on Tuesday 18th October at 10am at Our Lady’s Of Compassion Church on School Lane, #Formby. Out of respect, the funeral procession will be stopping at 9.45am outside his old surgery where he was a senior partner on Chapel Lane for a minutes silence.

Dr Youell was a well respected General Practitioner, Senior Partner at Chapel Lane Surgery and at Duke Street Surgery.

Hazel and Benjamin would like to thank friends, family and patients for their many cards, letters, flowers and plants. We are overwhelmed by the love and support from the Formby Community.

There will be a private cremation for family.
