£250 grant available for applicants who are under 25 years old and live in Formby, for advancement of education and training with the Joseph Harley Bequest Fund.

The Joseph Harley Bequest Fund supports young people to undertake projects or activities, where assistance from public bodies is not usually available. Applications for funding assistance will be considered for advancement of education and training of individuals, under the age of 25 who are residents of Formby.
What is the focus of the fund:
Projects that are based around education, cultural or training activities.
How much is available:
£250 per grant; however, larger amounts are considered in exceptional circumstances.

Documents which need to be included with your application:
1. Proof of residence is required to be sent with your application for all of the funds (a copy of a utility bill/ driving licence or other similar document stating your home address will suffice)
A copy of a recent bank statement (if you do not have your own bank account, the name and address of a person over 18 years of age, who has a bank account and is willing to receive payment on your behalf)
3. A Letter of Acceptance/support from one of the following:
- University
- Higher Education establishment
- College
- Education Provider
- Course Provider
- Sports Institution
