Artelier Hairdressers Up For Another Top National Customer Services Award Ahead Of Salon Reopening N

Top Formby Hair Salon Owners Zoom In To Make A Game-changing Announcement Ahead Of Their Salon Reopening Next Month. ‘If you would have told us a few months ago that we would be making such an exciting announcement in a ZOOM party to our amazing team on a Thursday afternoon iwe wouldn’t have believed you for a moment! Infact we wouldn’t have even heard of Zoom’ say’s Co-Salon-Owner Andrew Deaconos. It only takes a glance at the Instagram Feed of Artelier, a boutique Formby Hair Salon, to realise just how much Salon Owners Emma Taylor and Andrew Deaconos and their team of stylists have been missing their clients and each other during lockdown.

‘We really are a very close work family and many of our client’s have become dear friends’ explains Emma. She continues ‘we’ve all genuinely struggled with our emotions because we miss each other so, when we received the news from The Salon Business Awards, we knew it was the perfect opportunity to bring back the buzz and inject some much needed energy and happiness into our team spirit ahead of the salon reopening. We’ve been inundated with pleas from our clients - we are all so excited to be heading back to Artelier and we will be able to celebrate this recognition and being back together in style’

Emma and Andrew were contacted by email to receive the exciting news that Artelier are one of only 6 salons in the UK to have been shortlisted for Customer Service Salon Of The Year in the National Salon Business Awards! A gruelling application with over 19 pages of supporting evidence was used by a judging panel of hairdressing royalty to select Artelier as finalists. At a glitzy, champagne-fuelled award ceremony in London in September, The Artelier Team will find out whether they are named winners. Although, as Andrew explains, ‘Whatever the result we are absolutely ecstatic to have been recognised amongst such incredible salons’

The salon, who opened their doors less than 4 years ago, are no strangers to success, in 2019 they scooped Best Northern Salon in the National Hair Awards and appeared in interviews with local press and on BBC Radio Merseyside.

The Salon Website Statement sums up this announcement perfectly! ‘Our soul team focus is to deliver hairdressing excellence in laid-back-luxe, boutique-style surroundings with bundles of energy and personality, we want to show you, our clients, just how much we care with our finishing touches, extra elements of individuality, attention to details and the warm, caring nature of our team! To be recognised for outstanding Customer Service is the ultimate goal and we are beyond delighted - we couldn’t have achieved this without our amazing clients who add to the wonderful atmosphere at Artelier! The buzz and excitement has definitely returned to Artelier - albeit virtual for now!.’

Emma and Andrew are quick to add that the support, excellent service and encouragement from key suppliers including L’oreal Professional, Davines, Great Lengths Hair Extensions and Crosby Coffee Co. has been instrumental in being able to achieve such success.
