Formby Hair Salon Named As Northern Salon Of The Year in National Hair Awards!

A Formby hairdressing business has triumphed as Northern Salon Of The Year in the prestigious annual National Hair Awards competition.

Earlier this week, Emma Taylor & Andrew Deaconos, who first opened the doors of Artelier Hair Salon only 3 years ago, were invited to London to a grand ceremony overlooking the River Thames. They fought off tough competition from other Merseyside and northern salon groups and have been named as the overall winners of the Northern Region.

The team and customers are ecstatic as you can imagine.

The awards took place on Monday 16th September at the Shakespeare Globe Theatre overlooking the River Thames & St Paul’s Cathedral, owners of Artelier Hair Salon in Formby, Emma Taylor and Andrew Deaconos joined hairdressing royalty at the annual National Hair Awards. The salon are DELIGHTED to ANNOUNCE that ARTELIER HAIRDRESSERS IN FORMBY (yes, our salon!) were announced as the Northern Salon Of The Year 2019! Whilst Emma and Andrew enjoyed a cocktail-fuelled afternoon celebrating amongst the biggest names in hairdressing, here at the salon in Formby the atmosphere was electric as our team and clients shared the incredible news. Emma explains, ‘we’re elated. It is exactly 3 years ago since we opened the doors to our salon and to get this amount of national recognition for just doing what we do is a dream.
