Win free lessons at The Catherine Victoria Academy in Formby

The Catherine Victoria Academy is auditioning for talented youngsters in the area to win FREE lessons.

The Catherine Victoria Academy in Formby has launched it's brand new class SHOWSTOPPERS on 13th September which will take place every Thursday at Formby High School with classes catering for ages 3 - 18 years. Here is a little more about the classes:

'SHOWSTOPPERS' is the chance for your child to shine in all disciplines of theatre: drama, dance and singing; the perfect classes for any aspiring West End star. This is also a growing opportunity for children to socialise, learn creative skills, gain confidence and develop interpersonal skills which are essential in any career and will enhance their ability to communicate with others throughout their schooldays and into adulthood.

Quality tuition like this led the principal to work at the world famous Disneyland Paris as the leading characters of Cinderella, Ariel & Alice in Wonderland; a dream many children aspire to. Catherine wants to pass on her experience and bring the best tutors (including west end star of Mamma Mia & Kinky Boots Gillian Hardie) to mentor her students who have big dreams and aspirations. Previous students of the academy have gained places at Sylvia Young Theatre School, Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London College of Music & Mountview and now work successfully in the world of performing arts.

Principal, Catherine Victoria is offering a chance to attend SHOWSTOPPERS for FREE for a full year. Scholarship auditions will take place on Thursday 20th September at 6pm.
