Vacancy for Accounts / Admin Assistant – approx. 20 hours per week

This is an opportunity for the right person to join the team in our Formby office. This accounts assistant role will include;
Process purchase ledger invoices, to include invoice entry, general ledger postings and payments processing
Bank reconciliations
Assisting with ledger closure at the month end
Maintaining company’s purchase ledger on accounts system.
Processing supplier invoices
Queries resolution and processing payments
Responsibility for the office email inbox
General admin duties
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
Having worked in a finance role previously
SAGE experience
AAT Level 2 or above would be an advantage
Excel skills
A pleasant, customer-facing manner
Be a team player with an excellent work ethic
