Ashcroft House Nursing Home in Formby are looking for - Part Time Cook
Cedars Care Group is a family run company with 15 years of experience in nursing, dementia, elderly care and seven boutique homes across the UK.
We are now looking for a Cook to join our friendly nursing care home in Formby - the role is part time 15-16 hours per week permanent position available. The successful candidate must be able to cover weekdays as well as some weekends to support the needs of our residents.
Responsibilities and Duties
A compassionate and caring nature is a must. The role will involve planning and preparing nutritionally balanced meals for our residents, food ordering, and working to budgets. You will work together with the Head Cook and Management team to ensure the nutritional needs of our residents are met to the highest standards.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a candidate who ideally has previous experience in a working kitchen, however this is not essential as full induction and training will be provided.
