Formby High School community lecture series

Formby High School community lecture series, this Wednesday (10th Jan) at Formby Sigh School. The Lecture starts at 7pm in the studio, lasting about 45 minutes.

Professor Tony Padilla from Nottingham University will give the lecture. While it's title suggests a mathematics lecture, it's about problem solving, thinking outside the box, using logic and shows how you can prove crazy things to be true.

Tickets are free but people should reserve a seat by contacting our school office on 01704873100.

While the tickets are free will be collecting voluntary donations on the night to support Matt Henderson's cancer appeal. It's all a bit rushed due to the urgency of the appeal.
