Glitz and Glamour at the Formby High School Prom

On Thursday 29 June, Formby High School Year 11 students came together to celebrate their leavers prom. Arriving at Formby High School in all their glamour and finery, the students enjoyed a welcome reception and parent send off before departing by coach to the prom venue at Aintree Racecourse.

The students managed to put the weeks of arduous revision and examinations behind them and celebrate together with their peers and teaching staff.

Mr Slater said: "I am immensely proud of what the year group has achieved throughout their time at Formby High School. They put in an incredible amount of effort into preparing for the examinations and it was great to see them have such a fantastic time. I am looking forward to a further celebration on results day!”
