New Suay, Pan Asian restaurant opens tomorrow in Formby
Suay is an exciting new pan-Asian restaurant opening tomorrow - Thursday 8th December in Formby.
Situated at the entrance to Formby Village at The Beacons, the restaurant will bring new flavours and tastes of South East Asia including Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Japan.
"Our Head Chef, Rai, has lots of experience working in top restaurants in Dubai and most recently Liverpool One and we are delighted with the wonderful menu he has devised for us!" said Pat Wordley, one of the partners in the new venture.
The owners of the new business all live locally and are passionate about offering a great standard of food, wines and excellent customer service.
Pat added: "It has been somewhat stressful turning the two units (formerly Michael Moon and Cook) into a beautiful dining venue but we are all committed to making Suay a great place to dine and for it to be an asset for Formby village."
"And what does Suay mean? ‘It’s Thai and it means ‘beautiful’, of course!" Suay plans to open on 9th December and bookings are being taken for lunch and dinner now. Call Tel: 01704 281232.
