RTC on Park Road early this morning

In the early hours of this morning (31st August) a vehicle being driven by a young man crashed into a second parked car on Park Road.

The male driver did not sustain serious injury but was taken to hospital suffering from shock.

The parked car belonged to a resident of Park Road and they were asleep inside their home at the time of the accident.

The owners of the second car were notified by the boys mother, who arrived at the scene shortly after the incident, and both parties agreed to leave the cars until the morning before contacting recovery vehicles.
