Police called to suspected dog attack in Formby
Police Officers were called to Fountains Way, Formby at around 6pm on Sunday, 31 July. The initial caller reported that they thought a man had been attacked by a dog in the street.
Officers attended and found no trace of the dog or the man. Officers made further enquiries with people in the area and it’s possible the man fell while walking his dog. Officers would urge anyone who was in the area at the time who witnessed this incident or the man himself to contact police via 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
