New business revealed for former Chapman & Mawdsley site

The identity of the brand new business that has taken over the former Chapman & Mawdsley garage has been revealed.

It is Firwood Building and DIY supplies. Boasting ten depots in the North West, they offer building, timber and plumbing supplies to both trade and DIY. Firwood are a privately owned family firm founded in 1975 as a Timber Importer, and progressed rapidly to become a very competitive merchant.

We have not been told of the opening date yet but, will let you know as soon as we know.
