Dementia awareness day at Formby Library

Dementia Awareness Day, helping create a dementia friendly Sefton will take place on Friday 20th May 2016 at Formby Library, Duke Street from 10:30am to 12:00pm.

To find out more about dementia and the support available locally go along and meet representatives from Sefton Pensioners Advocacy Centre, Alzheimer's Society, The Stroke Association, The Choices Day Care Activity Centre and The Brain Charity.
