Liverpool band 'SPACE' to headline this years Formby live.

Great news, Formby live has booked Liverpool band SPACE to headline Formby live. They will perform on the Chapel Lane stage on Sunday 26th June at 6pm.
Here is a little bit of information about the band.
Space are an English indie rock band from Liverpool, who came to prominence in the mid-1990s with hit singles such as "Female of the Species" (which was used as the theme tune to successful ITV series, 'Cold Feet', "Neighbourhood" "Avenging Angels" and "The Ballad of Tom Jones". They worked with both Tom Jones in 1999 and Cerys Matthews a year earlier.
Other great local artists appearing on the Chapel Lane stage are: Robert Vincent, Anna Corcoran, BooGaLoo, The Grande, The Grateful Fred Ukelear Deterrent band, and local choir, Make Noise!
Formby Pool will again host the Merseycats. The bands appearing will be Dublin Street, The Groove Connection, Original Replica, Memphis Nites, The Amazing Kappa, Free Spirit, Love Me Blues, Badger and Genevive.
As ever, there will be live music at Woodwards, Cafe D'Art and the Hop 'n' Horn all over the weekend and plenty of entertainment for all the family on Sunday 26th of june
