Fire at Istanbul BBQ Restaurant Formby
UPDATE:
Two fire engines were deployed to the Istanbul BBQ Restaurant on Church Road this afternoon at around 1:40pm after a grill fire in the kitchens.
There was a small fire in the kitchen area, which caused damage to the extractor fan and the grill area. Some minor smoke damage effected the bedroom above the restaurant.
The fire was minor and firefighters quickly had it under control. There were no injuries and no evacuation.
Two engines were in attendance from Formby and Netherton.

Fire engines have been called out to deal with a fire in the Istanbul Restaurant on Church Road in Formby.
