Freshfield Primary School Choir and Boys Rock hit a higher note last Friday evening when their choir joined St Mary's College at their annual musical festival at the Philharmonic Hall.

Earlier in the day they had visited the Anglican Cathedral where an impromptu rendition was met with enthusiastic applause from the visitors present!

The boys and girls totalling over forty in number and led by Mrs Smith were impressive in their performance and behaviour; whilst ,'fabulous' was used to describe their performance, 'disciplined' described their attitude throughout the event.
