What you'll be doing
As an Outdoors Assistant, you’ll assist with the delivery of the day to day management and presentation of the outdoor and public areas at Formby. You'll provide a warm welcome to our visitors, answer any immediate questions, and generally give them the information they need to ensure they have an enjoyable and memorable visit. You'll ensure that all the visitor areas are kept to a high standard of presentations, ensuring the litter bins are regularly emptied, litter on the ground is cleared and any hazards are immediately reported to the Duty Ranger. You’ll work effectively alongside other team members, volunteers, local tenants and business partners of the National Trust in order to protect and enhance the Trust’s assets and reputation.
