Jasmine has been found on Formby beach today
Jasmine has been found this afternoon on Formby beach.
JASMINE went missing on Saturday 13th February at Formby Point late afternoon. Search parties have been looking for her ever since.
Hundreds of people shared posts on Facebook and went out searching the dunes, the woods and the beach from sunrise to sunset dedicated to reuniting the lost dog with its new owners.
Owners Fern and Mathew Peden have frantically searched for dog Jasmine since she went missing on Saturday (February 13) at around 1pm. 'Jazzie' had only been with her new owners two days when she ran off from Formby Point.
Fern said: "We found Jazzie through our church. Her previous owners could no longer look after her so we adopted her."
The family would like to thank everyone who helped in particular, Taffi Thomas , admin at Formby Bubble and the amazing folks who searched and shared posts.
The people of Formby have been wonderful. Also big thanks to Doglost who developed posters and local business owners. Thankyou everyone.
Jazzie is an eleven month old Bichon Frise. Fern says she is very friendly, and very glad to be home.
Well done to everyone who searched tirelessly and a special well done to Taffi Thomas of Scouse Pets 2 who actually found her.
