Very high tide expected this morning on Formby beach

Good Morning on Shrove Tuesday - 9th February. It's 6°C with Westerly winds of 28mph in Formby. Partly cloudy with some blue sky out there but, rain expected today and quite heavy after 2pm.

High tide this morning is at 11:23am and is 9.30m high. Please be careful if you go down to the beach as there will be little or no beach visible.

National Trust have issued a warning to take care in the dunes because recent high tides and high winds have resulted in dune cliffs forming.
