High Tide at Formby beach this afternoon
There was another very high tide today reaching 9.10m at 1:49pm this afternoon when there was little or no beach available at Formby.
Tomorrow the high tide will be at 14:37hrs and will be 8.9m but for approximately one hour either side of this time, there will not be much beach available. If you are heading down there, please be careful.
Tides are the rise and fall of sea levels caused by the combined effects of gravitational forces exerted by the Moon, Sun, and rotation of the Earth.
