Take a look inside Formby's new Steakhouse restaurant

The Wild West Steakhouse has opened above MJ's 24 hour drive thru on the Formby bypass.

Things are getting wild at MJ's.

The 24-hour restaurant and drive-through, situated near Tesco on the Formby Bypass, was opened earlier this year following a multi-million pound investment by a local businessman.

The business has proved a huge success, with MJ’s now serving more than 6,000 meals a week, and now the first floor has been transformed into a traditional Western-style steakhouse.

Manager Paul Freeman said: "The steakhouse is opening shortly. It's an exciting time at MJ's.

"There is no change to the existing business, we will continue to offer our existing menu downstairs and, of course, our 24 hour drive thru.

"We look forward to welcoming you all to try the new steakhouse! We have amazing items on the menu and fantastic offers on the way. And if you like really big steaks, this place will be right up your street."
