Father Christmas starts his Formby visits tonight...

Father Christmas takes to the streets of Formby again tonight - Friday 4th December, greeting children and raising money for local charities with helpers from Formby Rotary.

SANTA Claus is coming to Formby thanks to the Rotary Club's Christmas Carol Wagon.

On Friday December 4th, the fun begins on Formby Rotary's biggest fundraiser of the year where children will be able to meet Santa and tell him what they want for Christmas.

Formby Rotary have been doing the Christmas wagon for many years now, it has become a big Formby institution. Every year they collect thousands of pounds which they use to distribute to various local charities throughout the year.

The Santa Wagon tries to visit all the streets in Formby between 4th December and 22nd December and apologises for any streets that they are not able to visit and just for those people, Santa will make a special journey to Tesco on Saturday 19th December at 9:45am.
