Christmas Shopping night at Redgate School was brilliant

The Christmas Shopping Evening went down a treat at Redgate Primary School on Friday 27th November. We were greeted with a sparkling glass of Prosecco and loved looking around the stalls. There were hand made items, decorations, sweet treats, handbags and so much more, all of which were from local traders and businesses including Tesco Formby.

A lovely evening which was organised by the PTA and what a fantastic job they did. A great atmosphere with lots going on and to complete the evening, Formby High School Choir sang their hearts out!

Redgate Primary PTA said: "We would like to thank all those that braved the weather to come and support our event. A special thank you to Formby High School singers and Tesco, Formby, and of course to all our local traders that worked so hard on their crafty creations."

They went on to say: "We would also like to say, thank you to Caretaker James and Office Manager Mrs Steele. Redgate Primary PTA work so hard to fundraise for the children at our school. As a community school we pride ourselves on opening our doors to everyone to enjoy our events and in doing so we have so much fun! Thank you."
