Assistant Manager - £19,250 + Bonus's - Full Time

We are looking for highly talented Assistant Managers to run our special restaurants. Already having Management or Supervisory experience, you know what it’s like to work under pressure and will be capable of deputising for the Restaurant Manager. You’ll take an active part in running the restaurant and understand that we operate a business that opens across the whole week and you will have the flexibility to work shifts which reflect this. You’ll be familiar with tasks such as analysing commercial figures to identify new avenues to maximise the sales potential and managing the ordering and stock systems to ensure the restaurant is set up for success.

You’ll also have great people management skills and will have utilised these to develop talent and manage those team members that need support to fulfil their potential. As an inspirational leader, passionate about the brand, you’ll be adept at leading your team to provide excellent service and top class standards.
