Sales and Lettings Negotiator - Formby

A successful Sales and Lettings company with a large portfolio of properties for sale and to let are looking to recruit a sales and letting negotiator for their office in Formby.

They are looking for an experienced sales negotiator to join their team. Day to day Tasks include:

*Liaising with existing Vendors, buyers, tenants and landlords over the telephone and face to face

*Building relationship with new and existing clients

*General administration

*Attending properties for viewings and occasional problem solving on site (eg Utilities, key issues etc)

*Working to targets and KPI’s

*Recognising opportunities and completing tasks on own initiative

*Candidate Specification

You must have previous experience as a Sales negotiator and Industry qualifications in RICCS or NFOPP would be desirable but not essential.A good knowledge of MS office packages, including Word & Excel and being able to work on your own initiative is essential.
