The successful candidate MUST HOLD A VALID CSCS Card, ideally have previous site experience and being able to provide a work reference from a previous employer would be an advantage. Duties include loading and unloading deliveries on a busy new housing development,keeping the site tidy,helping the tradespeople and any other labouring duties required.
