Maintenance/Facilities Co-ordinator - Formby

We are looking for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled and motivated maintenance person/facilities co-ordinator to join the maintenance team at Cedars Care Group care homes in the North West area (mainly in our Formby home, may be required to travel to our Southport homes).

Applicants will work on projects and general home maintenance.

We are looking for someone with a selection of the following skills:

Painting/Decorating

General plumbing

Tiling

General joinery

Driving licence essential - must have 2+ years driving experience.

Pay rate: £8.50 per hour and above, depending on experience and skills.
