Join us to discover the challenges of working with an ever-changing coastline.

A walk along the coastline led by a member of the ranger team at Formby. Discover the challenges we face in working on a rapidly eroding coastline, and discuss our plans for an uncertain future. Our rangers work on this stretch of coastline every day and can offer a unique insight into our dynamic coast.

• Please wear warm, waterproof clothing and suitable footwear for walking on uneven sand dunes.

• Meet at the notice boards on Victoria Road.

• Dogs on leads welcome

• Suitable for children aged 12 years and over.

• Please note that the sand dunes can be steep and hard to walk on.
