A ESBD School in Formby are looking for an outstanding TAs/LSAs that are Team-Teach trained to work with pupils with Emotional, Social and Behavioural Difficulties and also some that are on the Autistic spectrum on supply basis. Such pupils can be disruptive, aggressive and consequently difficult to support. It will be raising self-esteem at every opportunity, ensuring a consistent approach to the child's behavioural difficulties and encouraging the provision of a positive classroom environment. The school requires supply cover with the opportunity to go long term.
