Toby Carvery - The Bay Horse.....

We do not like to pull down any business at the moment in Formby but, this is a national company and we are constantly getting complaints about the food. We understand that many people go there and enjoy their meals but constant complaints are bad and when somebody publically puts their name to a complaint via a post to our page, we have to follow it through. The Toby Carvery need to look at their food and cleanliness issues and we have plenty more complaints from members of the public if they would like to contact us.

Been to The Bay Horse today for the first time in about a year (been going for most of my life, on a regular basis ) and have to say its was absolutely disgusting.....roast potatoes where raw, and horrible (aunt Bessies better, thats saying something) meat was stringy and chewy, yorkie puds where flat and tiny no flavour, not the usual.lovely big fluffy ones, just vile. Such a shame, place has definitely gone downhill, i won't be rushing back. Does anyone else feel the same?
