I am looking for a confident and enthusiastic person to work in a thriving and exciting environment.

The purpose of the role is to provide front line assistance to clients involved in road traffic accidents, provide assessment and advice regarding the accident circumstances and the most appropriate course of action to take. In addition you will need to liaise between clients and service providers to decide the best action to take. The role will also involve making liability decisions.

The ideal candidate will have First Response experience , have the ability to listen to details given and record information accurately, while offer 100% Customer Service. You will be working alone yet in a team therefore you must be aware that you are all working towards a common goal.
