If your daughter is in Year Two or Year Three and is keen to play football, Formby Junior Sports Club has a thriving Girls’ Section with over one hundred girls playing football every Saturday morning at Deansgate Lane Playing Fields, Formby.

On Saturday January 31st. starting at 10am we will be holding a session just for girls in Year Two and Three and we would be delighted if your daughter would like to come along to see if she likes it. It doesn’t matter if she has not played football before - everyone is welcome.

Following this, there will be more sessions free of charge arranged which will include small games and some coaching. We will also be starting an Inter Club section for this group and some friendly matches against other clubs will be arranged for those girls wishing to be apart of this.

F.J.S.C. is a Voluntary Youth Club, which was founded fifty-six years ago. At present we have 450 club members.
