It is with great sadness that we have to inform you of one of Formbys fantastic Doctors has had to retire from Chapel Lane Surgery this month. Dr Louise Jones MBChB Liverpool 1981 DRCOG Joined the practice as a full-time partner in November 1985 and has given 29 years of dedicated service to Formby people. Her family are now looking for your support after having some terrible news and any help you can give would be appreciated. Thankyou and Good Luck for the future from all of us at Formby Bubble, you will be sadly missed. This is the message we received..... Rachel Tammadge Hi, I'm wondering if you could post a message on behalf of our family please? My Mum is Dr. Jones of Chapel Lane Surgery in Formby and she is taking early retirement in January due to my Dad, and her husband, Tony being diagnosed with tongue cancer over Summer. He was treated at Aintree Hospital and received such fantastic care that as a result my mum, brother and I are doing a sponsored skydive in February to raise money for the Head and Neck cancer support and research at Aintree to say thankyou. We have our own just giving pages and any contributions would be hugely appreciated. Mum's just giving page is: https://www.justgiving.com/louise-m-jones/ Mine and my brother Tim's page is : https://www.justgiving.com/Rachel-Tammadge-Tim-Tammadge We would really appreciated if this could be posted so we can let people know about mum's retirement and to raise awareness for our skydive as a result. Thankyou
