Dog attack on woman on Lifeboat Road....

it was a small black and white Terrier.

Lady badly was bitten on Sunday morning on Lifeboat Road at 10.15am near the car parks by a small black & white terrier. The dog owner didn't help in any way. The woman required medical assistance. The owner was described as male, white - 55 -60 yrs, stocky build with thick rimmed glasses, he stated he was local. Please be vigilant with other peoples dogs, these attaccks seem to be more and more frequent. The incident is being reported to the Police.
